Here are the details of our fall schedule.

Sundays:

Gentle Yoga with Restorative 12:00 noon – 1:30 pm

Mondays:

Family Yoga 9:30 am – 10:15 am

Family Dance 10:30 am – 11:15 am

Wednesdays:

Creative Writing for Kids 11:00 am – 12:15 pm

Saturdays:

Creative Writing for Young People 10 – 11:30 am

(held at the Minneapolis Central Library)

Third Saturday of each month:

Restorative Mini-Retreats

It has been a slow summer at the studio. The people who take our classes seem to love them, but our numbers just aren’t there to support things. As we look forward to the rest of the summer, we’ve decided to hold our classes on a limited basis only. Watch for our Fall schedules and good changes ahead.

The classes that continue in July are:

Monday: Family Yoga at 8:30 am (except Monday July 23rd)

Melissa has her 6:00 pm yoga class.

Friday: No classes (except for Friday August 3, Family Yoga).

Sunday: Restorative Yoga 10 – 11:15 am.

If you are devastated by the change in schedule, please let us know. Help us stay motivated!!

$50.00 All You Can Stretch Yoga. There are 5 classes per week in May, so this is an amazing bargain!

May is “Bring a Friend to Yoga” month. Try our classes this month and you can bring a buddy at no charge!

Sunday yoga: 10 – 11:15 Restorative With Jeanne
Monday yoga: 6 – 7:15 pm Yoga with Melissa
Tuesday: 8 – 9 pm Restorative With Jeanne
Wednesday: 6 – 7:15 pm Yoga with Melissa.
Friday: 8:30 am Family Yoga
